Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the second chapter of smashing spies. This time, they continue with the third chapter.
Spy Smasher "Chapter Three: Iron Coffin" - 16:50 (Available on YouTube.)

It turns out that Spy Smasher swapped his clothes with one of the bad guys, so…

However, I think these actions finally qualify Spy Smasher for his first… Kill Count!

He’s been shooting at a lot of people, but this is the first death that is actually caused by him (even if a bit indirectly).
Spy Smasher knocks out the guy who presumably just shot his friend. Spy Smasher steals his gun, then proceeds to shoot another guy in order to save Pierre Durand.

Spy Smasher and Pierre report their findings to the Martinidad governor. He promptly opens a trapdoor beneath them.

The governor goes to kill them, but Spy Smasher captures him and asks him where the counterfeit money is being made. He sends them to a barn, which Spy Smasher shoots up, increasing his kill count.

Not content with this level of destruction, Spy Smasher wedges a gas can inside of a tire and rolls it into the barn, setting it on fire. The bad guys inside use this somewhat to their advantage and set it up so the barn will explode and dispose of any of the counterfeiting evidence. Then they surrender.
Then the barn explodes.

They get the location of The Mask’s U-boat and hop aboard. The Mask immediately locks himself in a room. But it doesn’t matter, because Spy Smasher is going to take the whole boat in and he orders it to submerge.
It isn’t long before a fight breaks out. Spy Smasher is knocked unconscious and Pierre gets locked in the torpedo room with him. The Mask orders that the torpedo room should be flooded. With the water rising higher and higher and Pierre struggling to keep the unconscious Spy Smasher’s head above water, will our heroes be able to survive?
Should you watch it, though? It’s a real barn burner! (Sorry about that.) Seriously, though, from the somewhat ridiculous (though inventive) cliffhanger resolution to the hilarious trapdoor reveal to the barn shootout to the U-boat fight, this chapter keeps things fresh, frantic, and fun!
