Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the fifth chapter of Blackhawk. This time, they continue with the sixth chapter.

Blackhawk: “Chapter Six: Blackhawk's Leap for Life!” - 15:39 (Available on Dailymotion)

Turns out the machine didn't do anything to the henchmen, but straight up murdered the Blackhawks. So that's something.

The henchmen pack up as Rolph secretly carves a message into the wall.

Fun fact: this is real morse code that reads "Will try contact you JR" and isn't actually that helpful.

Later, the Blackhawks awaken and deduce that the ray must have put them into some kind of suspended animation because why the hell not.

At a different, but identical, hideout, the henchmen again ask Rolph to fix his ray. Instead he sends out a morse code message with it. The Blackhawks track the signal, but the henchmen catch on and leave for yet another identical hideout.

There's another car chase, but the Blackhawks are again thwarted by another crossing train, the true villains of this serial.

The Blackhawks take to the sky in their plane to look for the new new new hideout, but are spotted by the henchmen who shoot them with the ray.

The Blackhawks jump out of the plane, but Blackhawk Prime gets a vital piece of his parachute caught in the door. He plummets towards the ground, hopeless.

Whoops.
Whoops.

Should you watch it, though? This chapter is boring and repetitive, though I like the parachute piece getting caught in the door. That's something I haven't seen before.
