Consume All Media! Superman: "Chapter Fourteen: Superman at Bay"

Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the thirteenth chapter of Superman. This time, they continue with the fourteenth.

Clark stops Anton from running off, then pulls Perry back inside. Anton is arrested.
The Spider Lady wants Hackett to turn himself in, so he can check on Anton. So Hackett just sort of wanders around in front of Lois and Jimmy until they notice him and have him arrested.
The police put Hackett in the same cell with Anton. This is actually Lois’s idea because she’s secretly recording them.
Hackett drops a cigarette out of the window. Lois and Jimmy grab the cigarette and find a message inside along with an address. Jimmy leaves while Lois stays to keep an eye on the jail.
Jimmy delivers the cigarette to an electronics store and pretends to be a bad guy, but he’s very bad at it and gets shoved outside. The henchman in the store goes to a nearby car to deliver the message to some other henchmen. While he’s away, Jimmy sneaks inside to hide in a closet.
The henchmen come inside and call the Spider Lady. She wants them to use the reducer ray on the jail cell to kill Hackett and Anton. Betrayal!
They’re about to leave when they hear a sneeze from the closet. They knock Jimmy out and tie him up. (How many times has he been knocked unconscious by now? He’s going to have some permanent brain damage if he isn’t more careful.)
The henchmen fill the room up with gas. They set a trap on the door and leave through the window.
Lois calls Clark, worried that Jimmy is taking so long. She gives Clark the address they found and Clark heads that way as Superman.
He almost goes through the door but hears the gas leaking with his super hearing. So he breaks in through a window and saves Jimmy. Jimmy tells Superman he has to go to the jail, so Superman shouts “Up up and away!” and flies off.
Meanwhile, Lois goes into the jail to retrieve the recording when the cell explodes!
Should you watch it, though? It’s interesting how the Spider Lady gets rid of the henchmen that threaten her, while at the same time it puts Lois and Jimmy in peril. Some really good plotting in this one!
