Consume All Media! Congo Bill: "Chapter Ten: Trail of Treachery"

Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the ninth chapter of Congo Bill. This time, they continue with the tenth chapter.

Kahla throws some firecrackers, distracting the bowmen. Bill and Cameron are freed because only their god could have sent such sweet fireworks.

And then there’s another gorilla!

It comes after the Queen. Bill shoots near it to scare it off, intent on capturing it later. The Queen faints in Bill’s arms. Is this supposed to be romantic? It’s not.

Cameron examines the goods they are delivering and acts really cagey about it. Because it’s gold.

Bocar thinks that Cameron is gonna hijack the gold or blackmail them. So he’s gonna hijack the gold first, then blame it on someone else.

Everyone falls asleep, including the guard, so Bocar’s men get to hijacking the gold. The Queen wakes up, so they hijack her, too. She screams and wakes up the rest of the camp.

Bocar sends the gold on. He stays behind to tie up the queen and set up a trap.

Bill steps right into the trap.

One of Bocar’s men shoots Bill as he dangles upside-down like a doofus.

Should you watch it, though? I’m always excited to see another gorilla, though it is very random. But I’ll take what I can get.
