Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the fourteenth chapter of Congo Bill. This time, they conclude with the fifteenth and final chapter.
Congo Bill: “Chapter Fifteen: The Missing Letter” - 19:00 (Available on YouTube)

They attack Bocar’s man and he runs off. They go into the cave and save Bill. A classic cave save.
Bocar wants to blow up the cave as soon as they get away with the gold, but then he is told about Bill getting the gold. Bocar and his men rush to the cave and a shootout occurs. Bocar sneaks off during this to blow up the cave.
Bill and his crew find another exit out of the cave. Bocar’s men go into the cave to find them, just as Bocar blows it up. That’s legitimately hilarious to me.
Cameron arrests Bocar and says he is with the US government because it is required for at least one person per serial to be working with the government.
Back at the inn, Kleeg has torn his office to pieces but still can’t find the stupid letter.
Bernie sees Bill and aims to shoot him, but Kleeg knocks him over. However, a shootout still ensues. In order to save his own life, Kleeg tells Bernie about an underground tunnel to help him escape.
Bill enters and everyone looks for the letter. Bill finally finds it hidden in the blinds which is about the stupidest place to hide it.
Cameron takes Bocar away, but he jumps out of the car and Cameron has to chase him down. Greenway sees them and shoots Bocar. Bocar is injured, but will “live to stand trial.”
Bill and the Queen go to Bocar’s cabin to wait for Cameron, but bump into Bernie and Morelli. They get into a fight over the letter. Morelli knocks out Bill and they get the letter. Bernie sets it on fire as Kahla watches through a window.
Khala leaves and tells Cameron and Greenway. They show up and start shooting at the cabin. Bill and the Queen are tied up inside, so it’s kind of risky to do that, but whatever. Bill gets free and knocks out Bernie and Morelli. Then he frees the Queen.
Now that everything is settled, Bill gets ready to return to the circus. The Queen decides to go with him and collect her fortune. Kahla asks if he can go with them and they say sure, why not?
Kleeg watches them drive off to the airport. He cries because… he’s going to miss them? I guess? Also, he’s in handcuffs. Not sure if he was arrested or if it’s just a personal thing.
Cameron and Greenway have a final scene wrapping things up, but I have already forgotten what they said due to my excitement over finally being finished with this serial.
THE END.
Should you watch it, though? The whole length of this serial relies on an idiot forgetting where he put a letter. And then it doesn’t even matter anyway. What a stupid waste of time.
So all in all, Congo Bill has a lot of bad things going for it. A weak script, bland characters, repeated boring footage, racism, sexism, and a truly stunning lack of men turning into gorillas. I hate that I watched the whole thing. At least you don’t have to watch it.
Tune in next time for the first ever bat-sequel Batman and Robin! (Available on Amazon.)
