Consume All Media! Atom Man vs. Superman: "Chapter Thirteen: Atom Man's Flying Saucers"

So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the twelfth chapter of Atom Man vs. Superman. This time, they continue with the thirteenth chapter.

The heat ray reflects off Superman and destroys the thermogun. Superman flies into the Daily Planet and tells them the list is safe combinations written in Luthor's handwriting, confirming that Luthor is the big bad.
The police, Lois, and Jimmy chase after the henchmen in the TV truck. The henchmen ditch the truck and teleport away. Everyone goes to examine the abandoned truck, but Superman warns them to get away as Luthor remotely explodes it with his heat ray.
Superman follows the trail of the heat beam, which causes Luthor's machine to spark for some reason. Tipped off that Superman is coming for him, he teleports to his final hideout. How many hideouts does this guy have? Anyway, Superman arrives to find it deserted.
Later, Lois and Clark get in a plane to fly over the region where Superman thinks Luthor's hideout may be.
Luthor sends out an animated flying saucer to take care of them.
Clark sees it flying towards them and says "It's one of those flying saucers!" You know, just one of those flying saucers you see all the time.
The flying saucer crashes into their plane and they both explode.
Should you watch it, though? This chapter is composed almost entirely of chase sequences and mostly feels like padding. But I truly love that bonkers cliffhanger.
