Consume All Media! Atom Man vs. Superman: "Chapter Eleven: Luthor's Strategy"
Joe Heath is a big fan of comic books and watching things in order. So they made this spreadsheet containing every serial, short, film, television episode, commercial, motion comic, and web series based on a comic book. Now they're watching them all. Previously, Joe watched the tenth chapter of Atom Man vs. Superman. This time, they continue with the eleventh chapter.

Clark takes the time to change into Superman, then inhales all of the smoke.
He punches a hole in the door and exhales all of the smoke through it. Then he opens the door and carries Lois and Jimmy out.
Later, Luthor invites the press to his office to tell them that Atom Man has been threatening him. To really sell this, a recording of Atom Man's voice plays and Luthor's office catches on fire a little. Luthor says he will continue to fight against Atom Man. Clark does not buy this for a second.
Then there's a flood.
Superman saves some people as Lois films everything for Luthor. She refuses to leave even though the water level is rising dangerously. I think the serial wants you to think she's being brave, but really she kind of seems like she's being opportunistic of a tragedy and also kind of stupid for not getting out of harm's way.
Because then the dam breaks and the surging water pushes the TV truck she's in off of a cliff.
Should you watch it, though? The flood is another one of those shoe-horned in disasters, but at least it is marginally more integrated than the others. It will also lead to a plot point in the next chapter. But this chapter is largely by the numbers.
